Continuing the working program, on the afternoon of October 15, the 16th Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress, the 2020-2025 term, elected the new Executive Committee.On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, session XV, Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented the personnel project of the Party Executive Committee session XVI, term 2020-2025; reporting personnel plans; nominated personnel list prepared by the Provincial Party Committee, Session XV.
Accordingly, the number of Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of term XVI includes 50 comrades, a decrease of 2 comrades (3.8%) compared to the term 2015 - 2020, of which 33 are re-elected, accounting for 66%; introduced 55 comrades to the Congress to select 50 comrades to the new session Executive Committee.
The project clearly states the requirements, standards, structure, and number of members of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, session XVI, term 2020 - 2025 to ensure the structure of sectors, fields, localities, female structure, and youth, reasonable ethnic minorities; balance of personnel to ensure compliance with the regulations of the central government.
