Lao Cai: Promote the provision of online public services

In 2020, Lao Cai has accelerated the provision of online public services to reduce paper pressure, towards e-administration, bringing convenience and practical benefits to organizations and citizens.

Resolution No. 17 / NQ-CP of the Government emphasizes that by 2020, it will provide at least 30% of online public services implemented at level 4 for people and businesses.

Grasping that spirit, Lao Cai province promotes the provision of online public services at all three levels, namely, province, district and commune. Lao Cai's goal is to reduce pressure in one-stop shops, limit crowdsourcing in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, and bring convenience to people and businesses.

Enterprises and people can choose from direct or online forms to handle administrative procedures. Especially, with the online form, people and businesses can perform administrative procedures 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at any location with Internet connection.
