On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of the province, in order to contribute to promoting the image of Lao Cai being friendly, stable, dynamic and developing to domestic and international friends, Lao Cai province has cooperated with the External Television Department. - VTV4, Vietnam Television to produce promotional episodes about Lao Cai.
