Known as the "roof" of Bat Xat district, the 4th highest mountain in Vietnam and the 2nd highest mountain in Lao Cai after Fansipan, Ky Quan San (formerly known as Bach Moc Luong Tu) is one of the "great peaks" of Hoang Lien Son range when it brings the majestic, wild and mysterious beauty of the great mountains.The most interesting thing when conquering Ky Quan San at the end of April or early May is to see the azaleas in the blooming season, beautifying the mountains and forests. With graceful and magnificent beauty, azaleas is known as the "the most beautiful flower" or "flower queen" of Hoang Lien great mountains.
