To lead the successful organization of congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and the 16th Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front in Lao Cai province, The Provincial Party Standing Committee requires party committees and organizations at all levels to focus on leading and directing the good implementation of the following tasks:

Continue to thoroughly grasp and organize the effective implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines, raise awareness and responsibility of party committees, party organizations, governments and people of all walks of life about the core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in building great national unity. Strongly promote autonomy, dynamism, creativity and respect for the principle of democratic consultation in the organization and operations of the Front. Leading and directing continued innovation in organizational structure, content, and operating methods; pay attention to training, fostering and improving the quality of specialized staff; ensure regimes, policies, and operating conditions so that the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels can promote its role and responsibilities, create positive changes, and improve operational efficiency in the current period.

Leading and directing the implementation of human resource work to ensure the principles and regulations of the Party and State, the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Provincial Party Committee's regulations on staff work and practice of Front work in the new period. The number of delegates attending congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels may increase, but not exceed 10% compared to the previous congress.
