By 2030, it aims to establish the Hoang Lien - Van Ban Nature Reserve’s ecotourism brand on both the domestic and international tourism maps, while developing distinctive and competitive ecotourism products and experiences that highlight the reserve’s unique appeal. The goal is to enhance visitor satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and offer memorable, differentiated experiences.

The project clearly identifies the locations and scale for constructing ecotourism facilities; ecotourism sightseeing spots; ecotourism programs (routes); and tourism sites linked within and beyond the district.

The total investment for the project is estimated at 272.92 billion VND, sourced from the state budget, forest environmental services, socialized capital, invited investments, and other funding sources.

The project also outlines a range of solutions focused on: Protecting the tourism environment, forest development, conservation of nature and biodiversity; mechanisms, policies, and management; raising awareness and developing human resources for tourism; improving tourism infrastructure and technical facilities; tourism investment; promoting tourism linkages; as well as marketing, promotion, and tourism market development, etc.
