Announcement of Decision approving the investment project to build technical infrastructure works in the center of Y Ty commune

On the morning of September 14th, People's Committee of Bat Xat district held the conference to announce the Decision No. 4937/QD-UBND dated on August 26th, 2021 on the approval of the investment project to build technical infrastructure works in the center of Y Ty commune, Bat Xat district.

Attending the Conference were the Permanent People's Committee of Bat Xat district; leaders of district departments, divisions and unions; Party committees, local authorities and 36 affected households in the project.  

Investment project on construction of technical infrastructure works in the center of Y Ty commune with a total area of 9.5 ha under group B construction works; total investment of over 106.3 billion VND, invested by Land Fund Development Center of Bat Xat district. The construction work includes the following construction contents: Leveling the foundation; building 7 new roads with a total length of 1,870m, design of asphalt concrete pavement; curbs, triangular grooves; planting hole; traffic safety system, design of road marking paint, road sign system according to the standard "National technical regulation on road signs"; drainage and electricity and water systems; communication, lighting systems. Investment capital is taken from the revenue of land rent from the budget of Bat Xat district. 

At the conference, representatives of affected households all agreed with the District's Decision and commented on the fact that when the project is implemented, their entire land area would be recovered, so the people proposed to be granted land with an area suitable for stabilizing their life. The opinions of the households were satisfactorily answered by representatives of the leaders of People's Committee of the district and professional sectors.

The project is implemented to contribute to promoting social economic development in the region and gradually completing the planning and infrastructure of the center of Y Ty commune, meeting development and expansion requirements in the new period. Gradually building the center of Y Ty commune is the nucleus of economic development, goods and cultural exchange of ethnic minorities in the commune as well as neighboring communes. Specifying the master plan for social economic development of Bat Xat district in particular and Lao Cai province in general. At the same time, as a basis for inviting investors, ensuring effective land use, sustainable development of regional landscapes and technical infrastructure associated with environmental protection.
