Lao Cai: Provide nearly 1,600 online public services at level 4

Lao Cai province has now provided nearly 1,600/1,999 administrative procedures, reaching level 4 on the Provincial Public Service Portal. This rate reaches 80% of the total administrative procedures in the province, and at the same time achieves the target assigned by the Government for the whole period of 2021-2025.

The rate of citizens choosing to settle administrative matters through online public services increased, reaching over 64%. 

According to the administrative reform report, Lao Cai received over 45,590 public service performance records in the third quarter, of which 12,970 were directly received; online reception totaled over 32,600 applications. The proportion of dossiers dealing with levels 3 and 4 reached more than 64% of the total number of applications received through administrative procedures at the online level.

Not only is Lao Cai province encouraging the provision of online public services, but it has also approved a list of 828 administrative procedures that will reduce processing time by at least 30% when compared to central regulations.

The status of records on the National Public Service Portal is synchronized with the results of administrative procedures settlement at all levels of government in the province. Lao Cai has also connected the province's public service portal and the zalo application to make it easier and faster to look up the process and results of dealing with administrative procedures of organizations and citizens on mobile devices./.
