After graduating from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, ignoring job opportunities in the prosperous Hanoi, Ly Xa Xuy decided to return to her hometown and soon realized the potential of Y Ty tourism but could not meet the needs of visiter travel. So, Xuy decided to do tourism in her own land. Xuy shared:

"Xuy had that idea for a long time, but Xuy didn't know what to do? At that time, Xuy started looking to social networks to learn more, from here Xuy learned a lot. Along with building Homestay , Xuy started to learn how to introduce services on social networks, every day Post beautiful pictures of Y Ty or update the weather, tips for tourists and stories about Over time many people interact and contact Xuy directly for advice as they prepare to go to Y Ty and Xuy has many tourists visiting Y Ty from here.

The homestay's welcome gate

First, Xuy started implementing the idea of Homestay with a loan of 35 million VND, Xuy's work was greatly supported by her family and locality, Xuy used a traditional land house of the Ha Nhi ethnic group, designed by the Ha Nhi ethnic group. To cope with the harsh weather, Xuy built an earthen accommodation where visitors can experience the daily life and authentic culture of the Ha Nhi people. Xuy's homestay is arranged with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, when there are visitors, Xuy prepares local specialties for guests and tells them about customs or interesting stories about people Ha Nhi.

Xuy is currently a tour guide introducing tourists to the natural beauty of the area and the culture of the Ha Nhi people while running a homestay business. Xuy also helps other localities develop tourism and replicate the homestay model.

Currently, Y Ty still has the limitation of lack of professionalism, if there is a business to invest in Y Ty, surely the life of the people here will be more affluent, there will be more job opportunities, then people You don't have to worry much about food, clothes, spiritual values, including culture, will be more focused..."

The sharing of young Ly Xa Xuy makes us even more appreciative of the desire to build and dedicate to the poor homeland of ethnic minority children in particular and those who live far away from home to build their careers on their own land in general.
