Lao Cai advocates "wherever it is safe, open the door there"

Up to this point, many localities in Vietnam have developed plans to gradually restore tourism. With Lao Cai province, right after transitioning to the phase of safe adaptation and control of the Covid-19 pandemic, the province has a plan to gradually restore the tourism industry with the goal of "as safe as it is, open the door there".

After nearly half a year closed for pandemic prevention, Bao Ha Temple has returned to welcome guests. Tourists coming here to visit need to have a confirmation that they have been vaccinated with 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine, have negative PCR test results and comply with 5K regulations during their travel in Lao Cai. The Relic Management Board also arranges a distance, space to ensure the safety of visitors.

Not far away, Nghia Do commune, where the unique customs and beliefs of the Tay people are still preserved. Homestay in Bac Ha district is ready to open to welcome guests

In recent days, Lao Cai has reopened many inter-provincial vehicle traffic routes. The route from Lao Cai to Hanoi and vice versa can be reopened.
