However, the province has actively developed the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control scenario in association with the plan for economic recovery and development; all levels and branches have actively organized the implementation of tasks under the direction of the Government and the province; The business community has made great efforts to overcome difficulties, maintain production and business, so that the socio-economic situation in the province in October 2021 is basically stable. Agricultural production continues to maintain its growth momentum, contributing to stabilizing people's lives in rural areas and promoting economic development (many targets have been achieved and exceeded compared to the plan such as total food production, seeds, total poultry flocks, aquaculture area, etc.). Industrial production remained stable, industrial production value reached 86% of the plan. Import-export value increased, there were signs of recovery, up 27.3% compared to September 2021. Service industries are gradually recovering, adapting to the operating state under new normal conditions. Disbursement of public investment capital was accelerated, the disbursement rate of public investment capital reached 59% of the plan. Some socio-economic development results in the first 10 months of 2021:

-The total output of grain food reached 337,229 tons, reaching 102.2% of the plan and 98.9% over the same period;

- Newly planted 7,849.7 ha of forest, reaching 83.07% of the plan;

- Industrial production value reached 34,688.9 billion dong, equaling 85.86% of the plan, equaling 80.3% of the extra allocation plan and increasing 12.77% over the same period;

- Disbursed value of public investment capital reached VND 2,941 billion, equaling 59% of the plan;

- The value of import, export, purchase and exchange of goods through the border gates reached 3 billion USD (up 15.5% over the same period), reaching 65.30% of the plan;

- State budget revenue in the area reached VND 6,820 billion, equaling 93.8% of the central estimate, 71.8% of the plan, 65% of the striving estimate, and 123.7% over the same period last year. ;

- Issuing investment certificates for 28 domestic investment projects with a total investment of VND5,726 billion;

- The total dose of Covid-19 vaccine received was 519,364 doses, a total of 482,778 doses were administered;
