Comrade Vu Tien Loc, Chairman of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre spoke at the Congress.

Appreciating the position and role of the Lao Cai Business Association in the past term, Mr. Vu Tien Loc, Chairman of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre and former Chairman of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) suggested that the Business Association and the community Lao Cai business community continues to renovate its operation organization, support businesses and entrepreneurs in the process of production and business for the benefit of society, the nation and the interests of businesses and entrepreneurs.
