This is the activity to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the foundation date of the Party Committee of Bao Yen district (April 22, 1947 - April 22, 2022), the 47th anniversary of the Liberation Day/Reunification Day of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2022).

Bao Yen Culture and Tourism Week will take place many attractive activities such as: Organizing traditional cultural market fairs, night markets to promote cultural products, agriculture - forestry, handicrafts; organizing the creation camp of writers and artists in Lao Cai province; the opening of the folklore festival associated with the announcement of the decision to recognize the tourist spot of Nghia Do commune; recovering and organizing folk sports and games; cultural exchange night "Nghia Do - Colors of Cultural Heritage" associated with the announcement of new work written about Bao Yen; organizing the contest "I love the cultural identity of Tay in my hometown"; Nghia Do Commune Women's Football Tournament (extended); organizing the mobile library with the theme of introducing books about the culture of ethnic minorities in Vietnam.

Organizing the first Bao Yen Culture and Tourism Week in 2022 is the opportunity to introduce and promote the potential and strengths of the development of culture, sports, tourism, and traditional cultural values of the ethnic groups of Bao Yen district.

The opening ceremony will be held at 20:00 on April 22 at the Administrative area square of Bao Yen district and the closing ceremony will be held at 19:30 on May 1 at the Central Stadium of Nghia Do commune.
