Cooperation of tourism development between Binh Dinh province and Lao Cai province
On the afternoon of May 24, the Department of Tourism of Lao Cai province coordinated with the Department of Tourism of Binh Dinh province to organize the conference to cooperate tourism development between Binh Dinh province and Lao Cai province in the new normal period.Attending the conference were the representatives of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), leaders of Department of Tourism of Lao Cai province, Department of Tourism of Binh Dinh province, tourism associations and more than 70 tourism enterprises of the two provinces.

At the conference, the two provinces exchanged and commented on the improvement of tourism products, destinations and services,... and proposed specific contents to establish the cooperation program of tourism enterprises in Binh Dinh province and Lao Cai province.

On the basis of the potentials, advantages and capabilities of the tourism industry of the two provinces, the Department of Tourism of Binh Dinh province and the Department of Tourism of Lao Cai province signed the cooperation agreement to develop tourism in the period of 2022 - 2025 with the following contents: Coordinating the resources, promoting the most potential and advantages of each locality to strengthen the organization of tourism development activities; linking and promoting the most creativity and initiative of management agencies, enterprises, organizations and individuals operating in the field of tourism to promote domestic and international tourist markets; diversifying tourism products and building complete and attractive inter-regional tours and routes to serve the diverse needs of domestic and international tourists; enhancing the roles and responsibilities of each side, promoting cooperation, strengthening the exchange of information in handling the state management of tourism between the two Departments.

Previously, the Department of Tourism of the province had a working session with the delegation of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to improve the capacity of State management in tourism. At the working session, the representatives of the Department of Tourism of the province and tourism enterprises shared difficulties and obstacles in tourism development; proposing a number of plans and solutions to promote and develop tourism in the coming time.
