Continuing well performance in building the Party and organizing mass organizations in private economic units

On the afternoon of June 2, the Survey team of the Steering Committee for building Party organizations and mass organizations in private economic units in Lao Cai province had a working session with the Lao Cai Enterprise Association.

Comrade Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee hosted the meeting.

Attending the meeting were Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee; members of the Steering Committee and leaders of the Provincial Enterprise Association.

At the meeting, the Branch of the Provincial Enterprise Association reported on the implementation of the tasks: The Branch currently has 35 party members, working at 23 member enterprises of the Provincial Enterprise Association. The Branch regularly consults with the superior Party Committee, the Association's Standing Committee and departments and branches to help the Provincial People's Committee successfully organize the annual business meeting conference and launch the movement to emulate and honor enterprises - typical advanced entrepreneurs, as well as scientific seminars on production and business in the province ... Implementation of the Project No. 07/DA-TU dated on October 25, 2013 of the Party Committee of Lao Cai Province on "building the Party and mass organizations in enterprises outside the state sector, in the period 2013 - 2015 and orientation to 2020 and the following years", up to now, there have been 88 students as directors, deputy directors, professional managers in enterprises without Party organization belonging to the Provincial Enterprise Association participated in the Party subject class. The Branch has admitted 13 people to the Party. Thereby, contributing to gradually raising political awareness, ethics and business culture among business owners and managers in enterprises outside the state sector without Party organization.

At the meeting, the Provincial Branch of the Enterprise Association also raised some difficulties, and at the same time proposed and recommended to the Survey team a number of contents in the work of building Party organizations such as: Taking care of joining the party for members of the subjects who are directors, owners of private enterprises; organizing activities of the branch in a number of non-focused periods by applying information technology; transferring party activities for some party members who are currently working far from the city center to other grassroots party organizations to facilitate Party activities.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Quoc Khanh suggested that the Provincial Branch and Enterprise Association continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of information and propaganda through various forms on building Party organizations, developing party members, contribute to raising awareness of business owners about Party building work.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for building Party organizations and mass organizations in private economic units in Lao Cai province acknowledged and highly appreciated the determination of the Branch, Provincial Enterprise Association in connecting and supporting enterprises in performing production and business tasks as well as building party and mass organizations in enterprises. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Giang suggested that the Branch and leaders of the Provincial Enterprise Association continue to direct and organize activities of association, trade promotion, tradding, helping enterprises expand and increase production and business efficiency. Association organizations have also needed to do a good job as a bridge in strengthening solidarity, connecting and admitting members; continuing to advise the province on solutions to improve competitiveness at the provincial level, contributing to the realization of the province's slogan "Enterprise thrives - Lao Cai develops".  Emphasizing that the building and development of the Party and mass organizations in private enterprises as very important, ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Giang suggested organizing higher-level parties and committees to ensure sustainable development. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Giang suggested that the province's branches and mass organizations to take care, create conditions and remove difficulties for the Provincial Enterprise Association to continue well performance in building the Party and mass organizations in private economic units. For the Branch and the Provincial Enterprise Association, it is necessary to do better and stronger propaganda, fostering and raising political awareness for business owners, managers and employees, step by step to change awareness and actions in Party building work. In the process of implementing tasks, special attention should be paid to enterprises not having party members, having party members but not having party organization. Continuing to innovate methods and contents of activities of the branch to suit the production and business situation of enterprises. Monitoring and grasping reality, thereby proposing creative direction measures, contributing to making changes in the building of the party organization as well as improving the quality and number of party members, increasing the working class character in the Party members in enterprises.
