Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the "Northwest elite" festival in 2022.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Giang Thi Dung - Head of the Organizing Committee of the "Northwest elite" Festival in 2022 emphasized: The festival is an initiative of Lao Cai province that has been recognized by 8 Northwest provinces (including 8 Northwest provinces (including Phu Tho, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Hoa Binh, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Son La, Yen Bai) and Ho Chi Minh City agreed to build an annual event, alternately held in localities, creating So typical products of the Northwest. In 2022, the “Northwest elite” festival with the theme “Connect green aspirations” organized by Lao Cai to introduce the potential and tourism strengths of provinces in the central and mountainous regions of North Vietnam; express the desire to connect “rapid development, green growth” between provinces in the region with provinces and cities in the country.

The art program lasted for 90 minutes with many special repertoires.

With the participation of 300 actors, the art program with the theme "Connect green aspiration" is the main event in the framework of the “Northwest elite" Festival 2022. The 90-minute program was divided into the main sections: "Lao Cai green destination" and” green aspiration connection" introducing the northwest elite, the outstanding destinations to attract investment, connections of Lao Cai as well as the central region, and mountainous north. The end of "the endless beauty of Vietnam" expressed the spirit of spreading, contributing to cultivating the belief that Vietnam Tourism will take off high and reach far.

The end of the art program is a brilliant fireworks display, opening an impressive and attractive "Elite Northwest" Festival 2022.
