Lao Cai has 139 provincial OCOP products
Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee has just recognized products that meet the standards of 3 stars or more under the One Commune One Product (OCOP) program for 31 products of 17 production facilities in the province.Of the 31 recognized OCOP products, 30 are in the food group and 1 in the beverage group; There are 19 newly evaluated products (including 3 products with 4-star standard, 16 products with 3-star standard) and 12 re-evaluated products with 3-star standard.

Products in the localities include: Lao Cai city 01 product, Bat Xat district 01 product, Muong Khuong district 01 product, Bac Ha district 03 products, Bao Yen district 08 products, Sa Pa town 08 products, Bao Thang district 09 products.
Up to now, the whole province has had 139 agricultural products achieving provincial OCOP products, of which 24 products achieved 4 stars and 115 products achieved 3 stars.
