Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong meets with leaders of the Mexican Labor Party
On the evening of October 28, 2024 (Mexico time), following foreign affairs activities in Mexico, the Lao Cai Provincial Delegation led by Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lao Cai Province, met and worked with General Secretary Alberto Anaya Gutiérrez and leaders of the Mexican Labor Party.At the meeting, Secretary Dang Xuan Phong expressed his joy at visiting the beautiful, hospitable and developed country of Mexico. Mr. Dang Xuan Phong thanked the General Secretary and the leaders of the Mexican Labor Party for taking the time to receive the delegation.

Sharing with the Mexican Labor Party about the general relationship between the two Parties, two States, and the two peoples, the leaders of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee agreed that the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Mexico is relatively comprehensive and has been making positive progress. This is a good condition to further consolidate and strengthen the relationship between the two countries in general, as well as the relationship between localities and businesses of the two countries in particular.
At the meeting, the Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee gave an overview of Lao Cai province, along with its potentials and comparative advantages for socio-economic development. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his desire to receive attention and support from Mexican political parties, especially the Mexican Labor Party, thereby facilitating the promotion of local cooperation between Lao Cai province and partners in Mexico in the coming time.

On this occasion, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong also sent an invitation to the General Secretary of the Mexican Labor Party and leaders of the Mexican Labor Party to visit Lao Cai province on their visits to Vietnam.
