Phin Giang A village is located in Coc Ly commune, Bac Ha district. The small village is surrounded on all sides by the cool green of mountains and forests. For generations, the Mong people here have lived in harmony, relying on nature, without noise or bustle, maintaining a peaceful pace of life.
