The second award for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" for the period 2021 - 2025 is organized to continue to promote, motivate and encourage the creation and promotion of literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style".

According to the Organizing Committee of the award, the number of entries is increasing, with a rich and diverse range of participants. The Organizing Committee has received thousands of entries and more than 1,500 qualified entries have been selected in the following categories: literature, art, journalism, publishing, etc.

The works were evaluated seriously and scientifically by many councils. As a result, the Judging Council reached a high consensus, selecting 269 excellent works to award prizes, including 12 A prizes, 56 B prizes, 99 C prizes and 102 Encouragement prizes; at the same time, 46 groups and individuals were commended for their outstanding performance in promotion activities.

- Work: "Typical examples in studying, following and setting an example of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in Lao Cai province, period 2021 - 2023" (major in Publishing); agency: Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.

Two collectives were awarded in the promotion of literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in the second phase, 2021 - 2025, including:

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, acknowledged and commended the agencies, units, artists, intellectuals, journalists, cadres, party members, people at home and abroad, and international authors who, through their pens and artistic images, have spread and honored the values of Ho Chi Minh's heritage, inspired and urged the spirit of studying and following Uncle Ho throughout society; affirmed the role of literature and art in reflecting the quintessence, aspirations, and national spirit; and called upon the strength of the great national unity bloc, continuing the revolutionary journey initiated by President Ho Chi Minh.

The Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission suggested that in the coming time, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units continue to pay attention to and invest in the creation and promotion of works about Ho Chi Minh, promoting the role of literature, art and journalism in reflecting the aspirations for national development, encouraging patriotism and solidarity, and arousing the nation's endogenous strength.
