At the Congress, Mr. Phan Thang An, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the Politburo and Secretariat's decisions appointing the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary, and the Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the Politburo appointed the Lao Cai Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 65 delegates; the Provincial Party Standing Committee consists of 17 delegates. Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030; Mr. Hoang Giang to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee: Tran Huy Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tuan Anh; Giang Thi Dung - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
