Realizing the important role of cadres and party members in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation, in recent times, the Party Committee, the government, departments, branches and localities in the province have issued many specific and practical policies, measures and plans to promote the role of cadres and party members right from the grassroots. In particular, the team of reporters and propagandists plays a core role, through the model of propaganda committees and teams, they have become an effective bridge between the Party and the people. Thanks to the propaganda model, the directives, resolutions, policies and strategies of the Party and the State are communicated promptly and uniformly to each Party cell, Party member and the masses.

Nam Cuong Ward Propaganda Committee grasps the situation at Yen Minh Residential Group Propaganda Team.

Although the Nam Cuong Ward Propaganda Committee was only established in September 2025, the propaganda work has been seriously and synchronously deployed, closely following the regulations and instructions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. Currently, the Ward Propaganda Committee has 16 members and 26 Propaganda Teams in residential groups. The members of the Committee and Propaganda Teams all promote a high sense of responsibility and strong political will, creating a strong spread in propaganda and mobilization work for the people.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien - Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Front Work Committee, Head of the Propaganda Team of Yen Minh Residential Group, Nam Cuong Ward shared: “We regularly disseminate the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions to Party members and people in the area. Along with that, we disseminate the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2025. In particular, after storms No. 10 and 11 caused heavy damage in many localities, we launched a fundraising movement, receiving the response and unanimous support of the people in the residential group, thereby mobilizing more than 10 million VND to support people in flood-affected areas to overcome difficulties.

Along with the Yen Minh residential group Party Cell, 100% of Party cells in Nam Cuong ward have included resolutions and directives in meetings, with the rate of Party members attending meetings reaching over 96%.

Ms. Le Thi Hong Hanh - Deputy Head of the Party Building Committee, Deputy Standing Committee of the Propaganda and Mobilization Committee, Nam Cuong Ward shared: "In the coming time, we will continue to do a good job of coordinating propaganda and mobilizing people at the grassroots level. In Van Ban commune, the Commune Propaganda Committee consists of 17 members, with 40 grassroots Propaganda Teams with 120 members. Based on the directives of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, the Commune Propaganda Committee has organized propaganda on new directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the Party and the Politburo; and propagated the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Van Ban Commune Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. In particular, propaganda work on natural disaster prevention and avoidance and the spirit of solidarity to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 in the commune has been promoted. The Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have promoted the tradition of solidarity, "mutual love", actively responded to the call for support of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. People of all ethnic groups in the commune have unanimously joined hands to contribute labor, money, share food, and promptly support families that suffered heavy losses. Those actions have contributed to strengthening the people's trust in the Party's leadership, and at the same time demonstrated the spirit of solidarity and sense of community responsibility of the entire political system of Van Ban commune in overcoming difficulties together.

The Propaganda Committee of Van Ban commune also promoted propaganda on social networking platforms such as: Facebook, Zalo, the commune's propaganda pages such as "Gia Lan Huyen Thoai" with over 7,700 followers; pages "Van Ban Commune Police", "Van Ban Culture, Sports - Media Center"... Thereby, the activities of the committee and grassroots propaganda teams have become a bridge between the people and the Party, truly bringing about effectiveness.

Mr. Dam Song Huong - Head of the Party Building Committee, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mobilization Committee of Van Ban commune, said: "In the coming time, the Propaganda and Mobilization Committee of the commune will continue to closely follow the propaganda instructions of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, focusing on widely propagating the results of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, along with many important political and social events of the province and the country; propagating solutions to stabilize the economy, promote growth; administrative reform, attract investment; develop culture, social security, contribute to completing the political tasks of the commune in 2025... Thereby, contributing to strengthening trust, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere in the entire Party Committee of the commune.

Mr. Duong Duc Huy - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee oriented propaganda work to the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committees of communes and wards at the Reporters' Conference in September 2025.

The province currently has 99 Propaganda Committees at commune and ward levels, with 1,636 members; 2,907 Propaganda Teams at hamlets and residential groups with a total of 11,106 members. In the first 9 months of 2025, over 900 monthly propaganda conferences were organized. Many communes, wards and towns have innovated the organization of propaganda conferences by organizing conferences at hamlets, villages and residential areas, typically Sa Pa ward, Van Ban commune, Nam Cuong ward... Thereby, directives, resolutions, guidelines and policies of the Party and State are disseminated to Party cells, Party members and people in a timely manner, creating a strong change in the awareness and actions of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations on the Party's mass mobilization work in the new situation.

To continue promoting propaganda work at the grassroots level, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Mui - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department said: "In the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department will focus on training a team to do propaganda work at the grassroots level, in which the propaganda team of villages, hamlets, and residential groups will be the core force, directly propagating and mobilizing the people; promoting the effectiveness of the propaganda system to improve the happiness index of the people, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of the Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030".

At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission continues to strengthen propaganda and thoroughly grasp, seriously implement the Central's resolutions, directives and conclusions on mass mobilization work; propagate and implement the Law on Democracy Implementation at the Grassroots Level; proactively grasp the situation of the People and religious and belief activities, improve the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work among religious people, promote the great solidarity of ethnic groups and fight against illegal religious organizations in the province... to create consensus in awareness and unity in revolutionary actions of the People.
