Investment of VND 310 billion to build Van Hoa new urban area

Lao Cai city is carrying out the final procedures before embarking on investment in the construction of Van Hoa new urban area project with an area of over 20 hectares, total investment (estimated) of VND 310 billion, extracted capital from the land use generated by the project.

 In particular, the amount for clearance has the largest proportion with 153 billion (accounting for 49%);  VND 115 billion invested in infrastructure construction such as transportation, lighting, drainage, commune People's Committee headquarters, commune cultural houses, primary and secondary schools (accounting for 37%).

The reason for building Van Hoa new urban area was given by Lao Cai city as Giang Dong bridge has been invested for many years, connecting Van Hoa commune with Lao Cai new urban area - Cam Duong to create favorable conditions for people  people in the area of ​​economic development, economic restructuring from agricultural production to service - trade activities.  The construction of Van Hoa new urban area also contributes to fulfilling the criteria of Lao Cai city on construction of grade-I urban centers and creating local budgets.

The investment in this urban area is expected to last for 3 years (2019 - 2021).
