Lao Cai develops and cooperates with Uom Xay province - Lao People's Democratic Republic

On the afternoon of 24/5, the high-ranking delegation of U Dom Xay Province (Lao People's Democratic Republic) led by Comrade Kham Phan Phoi Nha Vong, Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Lao Revolutionary People's Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee , Governor U Đom Xay, the Head of the delegation, had a working visit to Lao Cai province (Vietnam).

Welcoming and working with the delegation were comrades: Nguyen Van Vinh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council;  Ha Thi Nga, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee;  members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee;  leaders of departments of the province.

Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Council warmly welcomed the delegation of U Dom Xay - and generalized the situation of economic development -  social, development orientation of Lao Cai province.  In 2018, the average economic growth of Lao Cai province is 10.1% / year;  The average income reached 61.84 million VND / person, equivalent to the national average.  Lao Cai tourism has welcomed more than 4.2 million visitors, making tourism a key industry in the province's economic development.  The value of export and import goods reached over 3 billion USD.  Socio-economic infrastructure has been invested and continually improved over the years.  The face from urban to rural has many innovations ... In the coming time, Lao Cai strives to become a developed province of the North by 2025.
