Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute Co., Ltd., expressed his gratitude for the warm and thoughtful reception from the leaders of Lao Cai province; and shared his goal of exploring investment cooperation opportunities in the locality.

He stated that the company plans to choose Lao Cai as the location for its representative office, considering this an important first step in strengthening connections, conducting research, and promoting cooperation in the future.

The Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute Co., Ltd. also provided an overview of the capabilities and experience of Pacific Construction Group in the fields of investment, construction, and infrastructure management such as highways, urban areas, irrigation works, architecture, etc. He also affirmed his readiness to survey, research, and participate in strategic infrastructure development projects in the province in accordance with Vietnamese law; and expressed his desire to soon connect with provincial departments and agencies to conduct research on potential projects.

The Mr. emphasized that, after the merger, Lao Cai province is entering a new phase of development with a wide-open space, oriented towards "green, harmonious, distinctive, and happy" development, and will soon become a growth pole in the northern mountainous region of Vietnam.
