In early April, when the first rains of the season fell, people in Trinh Tuong commune, Bat Xat district, began the spring rice planting season. Although the great flood in September 2024 buried the entire Na Lac field into a valley of white rocks, people here are still trying to restore some areas to plant rice, nurturing green hope on the rocky and gravelly fields.
