Up to now, out of 20/25 main socio-economic targets for 2025 that have been assessed, 4 targets have completed the plan; 9 targets have reached 90-99%; 5 targets have reached 70% to less than 90%; 1 target has reached over 61% of the plan.

Production, business, construction investment, import-export activities are basically stable; construction activities and implementation of national target programs are ensured.

The fields of culture, information, education, health care, and social security are given attention and implemented effectively. National defense and security in the area are maintained, social order and safety are ensured; foreign relations are expanded.

Disbursement of public investment capital reached 7,618 billion VND, equal to 49.3% of the plan assigned by the province. Particularly for the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister, disbursement reached 6,419 billion VND, equal to 70.1% of the plan (ranked 5th out of 34 provinces and cities).

The operation of the two-level local government model is basically stable and smooth, completing the streamlining of the system of administrative agencies and units.

Currently, the total number of civil servant positions at the provincial level is 2,249/2,532 positions (equal to 88.8% of the total assigned positions); at the commune level is 4,139/4,659 positions (equal to 88.8% of the total assigned positions); the total number of public employees is 37,509/42,098 positions, of which the provincial level has 8,489 positions and the commune level has 29,020 positions.
