Residential group 6A was merged from 2 residential groups 6A1 and 6A2. Accordingly, residential group 6A has encouraged households to contribute nearly 5 million dong/household to pour concrete on the 240m-long road; installing lighting systems, repairing water drain with the total value of more than 500 million dong. Until now, 100% of roads and alleys in residential group 6A have been poured with concrete, with lighting systems operating from 6:30 p.m. to 5:00 pm of the next day. With the lighting system, people's travelling is more convenient, security and order of the neighborhood is guaranteed. Residential group 6A is also one of the residential groups that has done well in urban embellishment. Most of the households have their own trash can or two households near each other share one trash can, there is no indiscriminate littering.

Mr. Hoang Van Bay, leader of residential group 6A said: Cleaning the roads, building the green and clean environment has become familiar work for people. The local government and the people agree, so the activities implemented in the residential areas are well received by the people.

Residential groups 5A, 5B are the areas with many small businesses. These days, along with the whole country, the business households here also strictly obey with the regulations on prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic. The households are also supplied with QR-codes for medical declaration, supporting the locality in monitoring people going from and to the area, within the scope of management of agencies and units.

Along with the implementation of the movement "All people unite to build the cultural life", Pho Rang town also built bright, green, clean and beautiful self-governing roads; preserving and promoting traditional cultural values... The results that Pho Rang town has achieved in the increasingly improved quality of cultural titles. In 2020, Pho Rang town has 15/15 residential groups that won the title of "Cultural residential group", rewarded by Bao Yen District People's Committee; The material and spiritual life of the people has undergone many changes.

In addition to improving the quality of cultural titles, Pho Rang town is always interested in building the example of good people, good deeds, honoring and spreading excellent examples; promoting the movement of learning, creative labor and the movement "All people do exercise following the great Uncle Ho's example"... Thereby promoting the tradition of solidarity, mutual affection, mutual love, and maintaining politics stability, ensuring social security, order and safety, building the healthy cultural environment, contributing to eliminating social evils and promoting local socio-economic development. Pho Rang town also promotes cultural and art movements at the units, encouraging people to actively participate in cultural and sports teams. Cultural, artistic, physical training and sports movements in the town have developed strongly in both quantity and quality. Cultural and sports teams of neighborhood groups, agencies, businesses, and schools have been consolidated, reinforced and operated regularly. Up to now, 100% of residential groups have effective performing arts and sports teams, meeting the creative and enjoyment needs of the people, and contributing to the implementation of local political tasks.
