Up to now, the rate of providing online public services at level 3 and 4 on the Provincial Public Service Portal is 1,194 services/2,019 administrative procedures reaching 59.1%, 759 level 4 public services reaching 37, 6% (at least 30% of the target assigned by the Government); the ratio of online settlement dossiers to the total number of administrative procedures settlement dossiers reached 56.24%. This is the place to update the activity data of the whole province in real time; capable of analyzing data, supporting provincial leaders in management, making quick and effective decisions. Contributing to creating a fundamental shift in the construction of e-government and smart cities, towards the goal of building a digital government, a digital economy, and a digital society. At the same time, the People's Committee of Sa Pa town and the People's Committee of Lao Cai city were selected as the point units to deploy the modules (OC) of the Intelligent Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC).
